Scene Magazine is operated by Scene Media LLC. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation needed. This applies to the first payment of a monthly or annual Band Pro subscription.

How to request a refund

1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or use the link in your receipt email.
2. Or email us at support@szenemagazine.com with your order email and we will arrange it for you.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Renewals and cancellations

You can cancel at any time from your Billing page or the Paddle billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a renewal charged unexpectedly, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it.

Who processes refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's own refund policy also applies alongside this one.
